I brought my car to Midas two Fridays in a row for the same problem and they still didn't fix it got it back the second time that day the same problem happened I'm very dissatisfied and they didn't offer to fix it and find the problem for free after I spen

Love these guys great service and would definitely recommend doing business here.

I was displeased. Came at 9:30am didn't finish until 2:00pm. Was only getting an oil change. Will not use this branch again. Then they says I was rushing them.

Prices too high. Need to be more competitive in pricing. Need to have more economical options.

I wanted to to find out why my check engine light was on. What was the code?. this was going to cost me over 150.00 to find out!

I brought in a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Did not do tire rotation. After telling them this was part of coupon they did not comply.

it took longer than I thought for the parts

I brought my car in because of a grinding noise when I accelerated. Midas told me I needed new rotors and a dust shield. The problem was I needed a new transfer case!!! There is NO WAY they could have driven the car (as they said) and not known the problem was not with the wheels. I'm not a mechanic and I knew they answer was BS when then told me.

I had a Tune-up check to see what condition my car was in. they recommended services with a price. When I went to get the Service recommended (3-4 later) With the estimate print out in hand, they put it into the computer and it was almost 200 dollars higher. when I mentioned it to the employee they checked and brought it down to close to what I believe it mshould have been (within 30-40 dollars) but they price quoted should have been what was originally given to me.

Every time I come to this Midas it costs me hundreds of dollars to thousands of dollars. I just want to come in there one time and they don't find was to make money on my car. I can never come in there and be an hour or two. it always four to five hours with or without an appointment.
