I went for my routine maintenance for uber and that info wasn't updated that is my only issue

It would've have been five stars, however I gave 4 bc I booked an appt online with the app. I got there and they had no record of my appt. They said it will let you book online and send an email but it doesn't go to the office which was a little inconvenient bc I had to wait. The customer service itself was A1 and the staff including the manager was very nice

They were ok. I felt they first tried to turn me away for a oil change because my miles didn't match up. I explained that I don't drive as much so my mileage wouldn't match up but my 3 months is due. They then tried to fight me with that because my oil light wasn't coming on which is was for a week. So they then decided to check the dip stick. I guess it was time. Now I asked if they seen anything the said no. After I get my oil change they tell me my oil pan leaking. ...smh
