The employee who checked me out could of told me about the 20.00 off coupon for full synthetic oil change but he didnt.I found out from checking the midas website.

"I used to like taking my vehicles to Midas in Streetsboro when Eddie was there. The new guy is always trying to sell me something I don't need and thinks that because I'm a woman, I don't know any better. This last time, again, was something I didn't need."

I didn't get the $20 coupon until after I had paid and leftt.

Did not check tire pressure. Did not check wheel balance. Did not check brakes. Did not show me anything under the car or on any machines. Did the oil change in 8 min flat but did not put all the oil in!

Amount of money charged for parts. Serpentine belt was quoted at $102 for a $35 part at the auto parts store, and that’s just the part, not the labor. Chose to do the work on our own as a result.

"DONT RISK YOUR CAR. This Midas location is dishonest. 1 1/2 days after oil change my engine light went on. Never had the light come on in this vehicle, I kept it in perfect shape. Checked the oil level. Found out they only put HALF the oil back in my car."

Service was great, but I thought that the pricing was average or a little high even. Overall though, it was a good experience.

Overfilled oil by 1 quart over max. Terrible customer service, uncomfortable phone call about additional expensive work not needed.

Even though the parts had to be ordered, I had no problem scheduling times for service. This is closer to work for me and they made it very easy to accomodate me!
