The tech time before last took the time to come out to my vehicle and point out the problem part and explain what he was going to have to do.

Generally my experience with the Midas has been great. However my last oil change and tire rotation they did not rotate the tires as requested. I know this because one of my tires has been slowly leaking air and it was still in the same place.

Mechanic Bob was very knowledgeable and explained a few services my car was due for soon. I was also greeted by a very friendly woman in the lobby who checked me in and out.

I made an appointment for a oil change at 3 pm. My car wasn't seen until almost a hour later. It might have just been the day I came in. They were very busy. Just make sure you have nothing to do or a ride if you do.

Jason is friendly and always gets the job done. Knowledgeable and efficient. This is the last sentence , omg I still have to say more.

I was greeted with kindness and the service was explained and finished as explained.

Work was compleded at the time promised but the oil change was advertised with tire rotation as part of the service however there was a $15.00 charge on the invoice for labor to rotate the tires. ROTATING TIRES is all labor...why would you claim its included with the oil change? I find this to be very misleading.

They forgot to rotate the tires.

Staff was friendly and very informative about my repairs. I also witnessed them helping a woman and 2 small children in a flat tire emergency where the staff went above and beyond the regular services people get. Midas went the extra mile to help this family work through the obstacles (Dobbs Tire) and get the tire replaced and down the road. Very Impressive!
