The service technician (Zach?) was very informative, answered all of my many questions, explained the nature of the problem with the car and repairs that were going to be needed. He stayed in good contact with me during the repair process to provide status updates.

Went in for an estimate. They said they could start it that afternoon. It was finished by 11am the next day. They even helped me out with getting to and from their shop. Price was comparable to area shops. My car was clean afterwards, no greasy fingerprints or footprints. The work looked good under the hood.

The store was excellent. They fixed my issue quickly and also gave me the heads up on possible problems down the road. I highly recommend the eldersburg location to anyone for anything. They seem to be able to do anything including pulling off miracles since I thought my vehicle was a goner.

I was just here for some custom exhaust work. The tech who was working on my car cracked the paint on my bumper right above the exhaust. All of the employees lied about doing it and it clearly happened there. No resolution to fix my bumper so now I'm left
