Well there was a hiccup with brake fluid for my car it’s rare. The other location driver didn’t arrive anywhere near the time he said he would. But the rep. Who helped me called and called and chewed a few people out so that I would get in and out. He told me every step of the way what was going on. Was very nice and seemed knowledgeable of the time it should’ve take to arrive, and also about the job and my cars needs.

They were quick and friendlyAnswerd all questions we had. Talked about any problems we may have in future or what may need any thing done ..will go back again

Otis made sure I understood well what was going on with my car . I came in for an oil change and found out that the whole oil gasket was leaking and it would take 3 hours to fix and then he told me the price to fix it that I didn't have. That's when I went into a panic mode and assured me to that I could apply for a Midas Card and that would cover the cost. I was so so so happy. I applied, and the card paid for the services. I went and had lunch a block away while my car was being fixed and 3 hours later, my car was ready to drive without the oil light on. Prices are extremely high it?s ridiculous

I inquired about pricing online in the evening. The very next day I had an email with an estimate and a voicemail from one of the associates to schedule an appointment. The politeness and reasonable pricing is what sold me on Midas. I was extremely pleased with their pleasantness, their great customer service and how efficient they were with getting the job done.
