Found and fixed problem.

I have been going to this Midas for years and have Always found Tracy and the automotive staff to be friendly, informative and trustworthy in providing their services. Tracy is wonderful and professional and a joy to work with which in this day and age is hard to come by.

I honestly wish I could give more then 5 stars for the experience I had today. I walked in so stressed with 2 little boys and broken mangled windshield wipers from leaving them on at the car wash( my own fault). While passing Midas I figured it was worth it to ask if they can help me. I Embarrassingly told them the story & Tom with no judgement and confidence said give him 10 min and he will take a look.I was so grateful for even this because the dealer wouldn’t even take a look until Tuesday( it was Friday) while waiting Tracy was so so nice, talked/laughed with us & even gave my sons little tires to keep them busy. I felt like I have known them forever and felt so comfortable. Honestly Tom came out with my car FIXED -too soon because we all did not want to leave. I can not thank you enough and I will 100 percent only bring my car here in the future. It was so refreshing to come here and to know There are still genuine, good people in the world!
