Never get anything more than an oil change. Thats the only thing they are good for. They will tell you atleast a couple of grand worth of stuff thats wrong with your car but its not

Went in for a oil change. Was told water pump was leaking. Let them replace the water pump. Car still leaked coolant. Returned...had another part replaced...and its STILL leaking! $1,000 on repairs & car is in worst condition them when it arrived! I would give NO stars! But CarFax only lets me select a minimum of 2 stars!

Replace water pump as per their suggestion. Car is still leaking coolant! Returned & had crankshaft ventilator replaced! Still leaking! $1,000 in repairs & no resolution!

The guys at Midas did a great job, fit me in at the last minute, and didn't push additional repairs on me. (Although, they did let me know about what needs to be done in the future.)

They were wonderful. They looked at my vehicle for free and told me what the problem was. Then they looked around for the least expensive parts. They even called Ford for me to make sure it didn't fall under a federal emissions warranty. I wasn't charged for parts not used and they brought me right out to the bay and showed me exactly what they did for repair and I now have a lifetime warranty on my muffler.
