From booking appointment to drivingnoff after oil change I was very happy with Midas.Brad and his staff ,Jason,and girls up front are awesome ! Very knowledgeable and friendly .The bathroom in the waiting room was the cleanest I've been in publicly in and Around Canton ,Avon,Simbury.I would recommend anyone to use them for any repair ,not just oil changes. Brian and the entire staff are wonderful. We've been going to them for 10+ years with all of our car needs - maintenance and repairs. They are fair and upfront with pricing, let us know what needs immediate attention vs. what can wait (ie safety vs non-safety issues). We have never had a problem and they always go out of their way to offer great service. They do a great job on the actual work, and I trust them. They are honest, trustworthy and offer great service at a great price.

Everytime I go there the customer service is outstanding! They explain everything in detail and educate you on what needs to be done.

As always, the personnel at Midas is professional and friendly. They scheduled for the very next day to get a new battery. The cost of the battery and labor was reasonable, and less than a quote from another shop.
