We are fairly regular customers at this Midas location. We continue to travel to this location even though we moved out of Canton three years ago. The staff here including Brian, Brad, Jason, Jim, Julia, Alana, and Katie are excellent and take very good care of both of our vehicles and us. We do other services in addition to regular oil changes. The technicians who perform the service work are also great.

I called to make appointment for service. Associate booked time and immediately connected me with Brad to explain service need. Having heard issue, Brad simply said make sure he gets contacted on arrival so he can coordinate with technician and not have issue fully reexplained. Process went smooth and solved promptly. The courteous service was fantastic.
