Brad lacks basic customer service skills and now is very evident why his staff also lacks basic skills. A team is only as good as their leader and in this case Brad is lacking.

Great, efficient service and the prices are much better than the dealer. The advisors are also very friendly. I frequently go here for repairs/maintenance and will continue to do so!

"When I called and checked in they told me 60 minutes. Gave them Save now CT voucher for oil change, tire rotation and balance. At about 1 hr 15 minutes gave me list of problems, I added a battery. At 1 hr 45 minutes said we didn't balance, want to do now "
