John, i believe his last name was Friends. Greeteded me when I arrived. He seemed to really enjoy his job and was extremely knowledgeable. He was personable and professional at the same time. He made my automotive needs his own and made sure that he treated my truck with i high level of care. He made multiple suggestions based on my wants and helped me navigate them to find the perfect solution. His dedication to the continuous improvement in the customer experience is clearly apparent.
