When I brought my car in, there was no hesitation to start on my oil change period as they were inspecting my Sequoia, he noticed that my treads were dry rotted and I would need a new set of tires soon period He came back in and let me know that I still had tread on my tires but the condition of the tires were less than adequate for longer use. He then came in and found the exact tires I would need for my Sequoia and quoted me a great price. He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle all throughout the time it was in the service bay. Once they received the tires from the warehouse, it didn't take long before my vehicle was ready! The crew treats me and family with Platinum service whenever we come to Big O for service! The set of tires that were changed for the new set were purchased from NTB/BIG O in 2015! Unless my Sequoia has to have warranty work done, Big O is the ONLY place that service my vehicle and my family's cars as well. Continue the outstanding service!!

Fast service at last minute. Leaving for 2500 mike trip in morning only to find a nail in tire. They squeezed us in 15 minutes before closing

The price was very reasonable. In fact the agent informed me that there was a special which made the price even less than what was online, which was how i made my selection and appointment.

They were suppose to give information for a $50 Visa gift card, but they forgot.

Flat repair went well. Low tire indicator was not reset. Tech told me that driving it at speeds over 40 miles will reset it automatically. Ive driven it 3 days and the light is still on. Guess Ill have to get it reset by the dealer.

Very expensive battery service just because the battery was inside the car. book said it would take 1.25 hours (for which they charged me) but it only took about 25 mins...

Customer service, explanation of cost and speed of service.

They said theyd pull the car right in but 50 min later were still waiting because they forgot us and took other customers back first. It took less than 10 min when they finally took it in. The ladies bathroom was horrible, feces everywhere. We had a Groupon for the alignment but we had to pay an extra $8 for shop fees. What the heck is a shop fee? There was no waste to dispose of, no extra service, nothing except waiting in a freezing building with no coffee or rest room.

Was on a road trip 71 miles from home and had a bad tireFound Big O Tires in Selma, TXEnded up purchasing 4 new tires, they failed to tighten valve cores causing one tire to deflate to 6 psi miles down the road and I had to pump it up on the side of the highway and drive to another location to fix the problem.All they offered was a oil change.I'm not going to drive 172 miles round trip for an oil change

The service was excellent from beginning to the end. Was communicated with while service was being completed about parts. Time of completion was much quicker than I expected.
