I arrived early and they took my information. And since I had a Groupon they explained it could be more due to the extra quart required by my vehicle. Before I left I asked how long it would take they told he 45 min to an hour. And says they would call once the vehicle was ready. They called right about an hour after the appointment. It was all great!!

Was going to schedule on web, but called to see if they could get me in earlier, and Nick took my info and said come in and we could get you right in. Nick also explained that they did not have 4 of the cooper tires I wanted, but he did have a very comparable tire that was made by Michelin standards. The tire was even less expensive. I handed them my keys when I got there, and by the time I was walking out from dropping the car off they already had a technician getting in my car to pull it in and start working. Nick also showed me the tire that I was getting and explained the load ratio and other things to me to help me see that the tire was indeed comparable to the cooper tire. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciate that very much. Thanks!
