My recent visit to the Midas store on Kirkwood Hwy in Wilmington DE was a good one. The store manager was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Great customer service. Automotive technicians were very knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. My only gripe about this service center is their labor rates. $105 per man hours

He told me all the info I needed and was straightforward about what was to be done. I waited an hour which was awhile but at the same time I feel like it?s standard so I can?t complain about that. Ultimately it was wonderful and I?d go back

Had an oil change and filter plus tire rotation done. They also did a courtesy check on my vehicle. Their response in handling my request was immediate. Everyone was professional and courteous and the turn-around was very speedy.
