They had no record of me scheduling using their online tool. The employees were pleasant and professional. There was only one mechanic on hand so I ended up waiting 6.5 hours for the maintenance to be complete.

I was pleased with the work done as well as the diagnosis of a couple other repairs. Effects of repaired tie rod has been particularly noticeable.

Service technicians were very knowledgeable. My only gripe is the labor rates. $105 per man hours.
