I arrived approx 15 min before the store opened,the gentleman acknowledged me in the parking lot and said we were open in about 15 minutes, which I thought was very professional. 9 o'clock he unlocked the door and said we are open now, and held the door for me, which was again very professional. After explaining what I needed, he went over prices with me, and he was very thorough, very accommodating, and very professional. His number is 000084. Very much an asset to your company. I want to give him five star. When i brough my car I was so upset but after worked he did I am very much satisfied. He saved my Thanksgiving and went extra and beyond on customer service.
