I brought in my Mercedes E320 wagon for service at Midas on a short notice Friday morning to replace two hydraulic rear shocks and other suspension parts, these guys were phenomenal especially the mechanic Jose who explained everything to me regarding the parts removed/replaced and the technical details regarding the suspension. They told me it was a very difficult job and I appreciate their hard work and dedication to their craft. truly a rarity very honest and respectable! Thanks

I brought my car in to have it checked out because every time I made a left or right turn the cars wheels vibrated. Tony the mechanic drove my car and didn't really notice the problem. Then he put the car on the lift checked underneath the car and didn't find no issues. The reason Im writing this post is because I had brought my car to a mechanic and he had told me it was my wheel bearings. Tony the mechanic at Midas could've been dishonest and charge me whatever but he didn't.

We had been quoted $1800 for 2 tires at the dealership and $1600 for 4 with Midas. We had actually been quoted just $1400 for the same 4 tires around the corner at pep boys, but they’re Google reviews had 3.6 stars and Midas had 4.6 and as a woman, I didn’t feel like being verbally harassed that day. We got a quick answer on the phone with a transparent quote and availability to get us in right away. Really appreciated that there was a decent sized lot and drop-off went smooth. Both fellas at the register were friendly and no one pulled any sleazy bait and switch or flirtatious comments on me. The work was completed in a timely manner and communication was great. Pick up went equally smoothly and I left a very happy customer

I have taken my 2014 Pathfinder to Midas for regularly scheduled maintenance, brakes, tires, inspections, etc. over the years and I have always received excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and takes time to explain things.
