Everyone was nice and efficient in getting my car in and out in good time.

They were very polite and patient when they explained the nail had punctured the sidewall of the tire. They quoted me the best price and special ordered the tire for me. The service was performed quickly and at the price they quoted. Very happy with the service.

I needed a flat tire repair. The other tire shops (i.e. Les Schwab, etc.) were closed due to a state observed holiday. I was very happy that Big O was open and available to help me. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. My car was finished very quickly.

I visited Big O in North Ogden over the weekend to have a bolt removed from my tire and to have it fixed. As always, after multiple visits to this location for various issues, I was immediately greeted by an employee (this time it was Phill, but everyone has always treated me with as much courtesy as Phill did) and my car was taken back within a couple of minutes. Phill returned my car to me shortly after and I was on my way. I rarely find a business that consistently treats customers with the respect and professionalism that I receive at this Big O location, I am and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

Such amazing service! I pulled up and they were so cheery and happy to come get my car, understood everything I needed, and checked in with me multiple times through the process. I felt like they were doing their best to help me and didn't just want my money. I've been to Jiffy Lube many times and the experience here was 1,000,000 better! Matt Richard was especially amazing. I felt like he loved his job and was so upbeat and helpful! I was his priority and he wanted what was best for me. It also ended up being way less than I thought it would be so that's a plus.

Friendly professional help. Tire rotation at no charge. Also checked the alignment and completed all this within a couple hours.

Set up a appointment online, they called me shortly after to let me know they didn’t have those specific tires but offered others. Just wish they would have walked out and showed us the tires.

I have been going to this particular BigO Tires store for many many years. I always get treated like gold, and this time they delivered as usual. They are always my first choice! Their tires are great and they back them with their service and no high-pressure up-sales hype. This last set of tires was for my daughter - and I need a product I can trust with her life!
