Big O Tires

I visited your store on feb 19, 2017 because i had a cracked valve stem and i was concerned that my tires were over inflated. Jared really helped me out with questions I had about my caravan's alignment because it was drifting towards the left a bit. because I was getting ready for a trip to Las Vegas, I was concerned about tire wear. Jared calmed my fears and educated me quite a bit. he also saved me some money on the cracked valve stem. The last two or three times I've come to Jared he has really helped me alot. He is a very good employee and person.

This was my first tire rotation and balancing after purchasing a new set of Big O Tires last year. Service was friendly, fast and well done. One of my tires was replaced under warranty because of a nail in the inner side wall of the tire that I wasn't even aware of. So glad I didn't find out from a flat tire out on the road! Thanks Big O.

The tires I wanted were not in stock, the associate suggested equal tires at a better price that were in stock. It took less than 45 minutes for the replacement.

I brought my 2008 jeep wrangler in thinking my front end needed work. Come to find out it was my two front tires were loose. They didnt try to up sell me or fix something that didnt need to be fixed.
