I wasnt scheduled till 4pm but got called about better quality of tires and to come in whenever and get my services done, came in at 11 on a saturday got my car pulled in immediately and all work was done within 45 50 minutes later. Great communication all the way through about what was being done, issues that came up and also pricing was very clear. Very great work and im glad!

even at 7:30am the place was busy, several people ahead of me. I was out of their with 4 new tires in a hour.

I know all my ratings were extremely high, but the service I received was above and beyond. Jared was extremely helpful and was straightforward with his assessment of my situation. I needed my oil change and tires rotated so I took it in to my Big O store where I was greeted by Matt Richard. He was very helpful and had my car done with very little wait time. I so appreciate the service that I receive there. Thank you again for helping with getting my car ready for winter.

I have being buying Big O tires since the early sixties, always good prices, and you can't beat their customer service. Having the store in North Ogden is great.

It was very simple to get what I needed done. The employees were very nice and super helpful. The service was very fast for how many people were there!

I had my car towed there at night and when I arrived in the morning to explain why and what had happened they were great. They were very patient and friendly. They always have been.

Got a flat tire on my way to Walmart. Ended up at the Big O Tires further down the street. Felt like they weren't being honest with me about pricing. Called the Big O Tires located closer to Smith's. Have been there many times and always felt they were forthright. They were so much more friendly and incredibly helpful. As long as I live in the area, I will always go to that Big O Tires.

I appreciated that even though my dad came with me, the associates understood that I was the customer. They didn't speak to him instead of me, which can often happen in these kinds of places.

I have continuously gone to the North Ogden location because of their friendliness to customers and the way they treat everyone with respect. They are always very helpful, listen to the customer and give excellent customer service all around. I will continue to give them my business.

Overall it was a good experience. However, I asked to have the emergency brake adjusted. It was written down on the work order, but the set was overlooked and I'll need to reschedule another day to come back in to have it adjusted.

They were able to get me in and out quickly & did a great job. It cost less than I expected.

I came in to have a tire removed from a rim. I went to sit down and they were calling back up. Service tech and sales associate were great. I will come back again
