My daughter had a wiper arm issue. It was loose or broken and I walked in looking for help. Mike the assistant manager who was super friendly and receptive to my walk in request to check it out.My daughter works next door at the Veterinary Clinic and we left the car and she came back at lunch to pick it up. I called back and had a few additional requests and Mike did it the old school way. Very thorough and super helpful. I was very impressed and now I have a place she can come for maintenance on her car! My daughter called me afterwards and said the car felt great and Mike was the nicest guy to her. We will be back! There were major unforeseen issues with the car, they worked late and started early to try to fix it.

They listened to my concerns and even gave me advice on future purchases. Also... I have a Lincoln. The hood latches can be a little sticky and when I went to Valvoline they couldn't get it open and were extremely rude to me. They also would have charged me $120 for an oil change instead of $60. I'll be back in January for the tires that were recommended!

Needed my exhaust pipe and muffler replaced. Brought car in at 9:00. It was completed by 11:00. Customer service was very good. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff could not have been more helpful

All 3 gentleman who worked on my car worked incredibly hard to make sure that I left there happy. Louis, Ryan and Dan went the extra mile staying late to finish up my car when we realize that there was an issue with the part that was originally ordered to replace my Calipers due to a manufacturer change that i was not aware of. They took amazing care of me and made sure that they kept me updated and in the loop as to what was happening.

I don’t recall their names but the man that checked me out at the desk and the man that did my oil change was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. I like the fact that I can see what’s being done to my car I will definitely be back at this location for my next oil change. Thank you so much.
