The new store manager introduced himself to me as Estsvan Garcia and was very frendly and was glad that I am a steady customer here at Midas even with all the changes that have been made over the years. He made me feel very safe with the work that was going to be done and if I needed any help to just ask when I call. I am an 83 year old and it's nice to know they are honest and can be trusted to do the right repair and explain everything. Very disappointed with the service. I had a coupon of $49 for oil change. I went there leaving coupon at home and thought it was $58. After I got home I found the coupon and went back to ask Midas to honor the coupon. I was told once it was paid it cannot

Easy to schedule online. Appointment available right away. I did not have to wait for my car to be taken in for service and the service was performed in a timely fashion. Employees were very nice.

Quality product and service at fair orice

Estevan asked me if I had any trouble with cold starts as the battery tested a bit low. I said no. He told me to be keep an eye it and at some point I'd need to replace it. He didn't pressure me to buy anything extra, like an air filter or fuel filter, etc...This was a great relief and I already started telling people about "Midas in North Reading!"
