The manager is the most knowledgeable and relational guy I’ve ever worked with. He makes me feel like a friend rather than just another customer. It has always helped build trust with this shop. Even when I get a simple oil change he helps answer questions that I have about my car.

Glad to have a muffler shop in the area that still does custom work. Even if I don't always need it, I know that even if an off-the-shelf product will not work or is too expensive or unavailable, they will always get me up and running. That confidence in their ability and expertise is the reason I drive 30 minutes past numerous other muffler/brake specialists to go to this location.
