Big O Tires

We are on a very long road trip and were having problems with one of our tires. This was the third tire shop we stopped at within a week and the only one that diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly, so thank you very much.

The Big O team went out of their way to get my job done even when I was a little late. The service with a smile and a friendly hand shake goes along ways.

Big O Tires in Tremonton treated me very well. I received a good and fair price and the service was excellent. The job was done in the time frame quoted and my truck looks great. They also treated me with respect and made me feel welcome.

Great Service

While traveling on vacation, we had a disastrous flat (total destruction of tire) on our towed Honda Fit. We called from a rest area 50 miles away. They were able to find a set of tires in stock for our car. They took our car right in when the tow truck arrived with our car. We were back on the road, with 4 new tires, quickly enough to make it to our scheduled destination before bedtime that night. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. We'd return if we lived in the area, but we are several hundred miles from there.

The young man who helped me (Cody?) Was very friendly and was able to squeeze me in to his schedule for an oil change and tire rotation only 15 minutes after I called to inquire if there was an opening.

They were very friendly and they didn’t try and cheat me for my money. I didn’t need the repair I thought I needed and they didn’t try to just take my money or my business.

I came in without an appointment on Saturday morning to have an oil change at 8am. They were very busy and said they could do it in the afternoon. I let them know that I was leaving for another state that afternoon and they juggled some things around and took me right in. I know I always get friendly reliable service at this store and truly appreciate how they treat their customers! Thank you!!

Friendly, talented, great service. I recommend this Big O regularly. Great owner, great office personnel, the techs in the shop are very skilled, and friendly. We always get fast, friendly, top notched service.

I have never had a problem with anyone who works in the office. I have had problems with some of the shop workers leaving stains in the seats, running my rims against the curb, not installing all of the lug nuts because a stud broke, and then not saying anything.I brought a vehicle in one time with plastic on the seats, and the plastic was removed and a stain left in the seat. When these issues where brought up they have always been addressed by the personnel working at the desk. My dealings with you, Jason, Rob, have been excellent.

Received a friendly welcome upon arrival, was told an approximate time it would be to have the rotation done, the technician put covers on the seat and floor before getting into my car. They completed the work right when they said they would.

Jason and the others were wonderful and very helpful. The guy who worked on my tire even got me a used one that matched my other tires! Jason helped me price out new tires so I could let my husband know and we can save up to get them now we know how much they will be. Everyone there was super awesome and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Employee recieved call and was eager to help find product that met my needs, established and conveyed options that would meet my product needs and shared options available on the days as well as product options that could be available next day. I chose to wait based on product available next day (upsale)

I buy all my tires from Big O Tremonton. Their staff is very friendly and honest. I've always been treated with respect. They have done a lot of free work for me with the little tricky tack things. So I use them for all my mechanical work, if possible. They run a professional business, yet make it feel like a family, home town business. I'm very impressed.

I loved that they were able to give me a ride home and then come pick me up the next day when my car was done. AWESOME service!!
