Big O Tires

I was able to get right in for service. Showed me that my tire was unsafe and gave me a great deal on a new one.

It was an unplanned problem, so I took the truck in before the store opened and was promptly taken care of.

The staff is always polite and friendly. I'm in and out in no time. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently my car gets serviced here.

This Big O location has amazing customer service among all its associates. I highly recommend them to everyone for all their vehicle needs

I called the store and made an appointment for 4 new tires and an oil change within 30 seconds. Dropped off our car prior to closing for the morning appointment. Got a call the next morning at about 9am saying the tires were installed and the oil change was in progress. An inspection by the technician showed we needed new air filters and a battery. We had been putting off buying a new battery for months and had completely forgotten about it. Filters and battery added to the list and still had our car repair done by 10am. Exceptional customer service!!!
