The staff treated me very professionally. My vehicle was attended to almost immediately after my arrival. I was very satisfied with the service that I received.

They make sure our vehicles are taken care of and they make sure we are taken care of. If something was done wrong they fix it and make it right. They are very busy and yet find time to make sure everyone can get in.

I know Jason and he is always friendly and goes out of his way to help and to explain things in detail and if there is something wrong, he always shows you what it is and the cost to replace it.

My only thing is I would have like to see the list of tires I could pick from. When instead I was just told what tire would be good. If I could see a list and have the associate recommend what tires would work best that would have made it a perfect visit.

Wife got a flat tire. I was able to get the spare on and take the flat to our Big O store. They fixed it and had it ready for me to pick up after work. We do business at Big O for tires, oil changes, etc and have never been let down.

Robert is great to work with and always keeps us informed and we appreciate that.

No one was available when we first went in. However they fixed the tire and I was happy with it

They worked me in at the end of the day. I am very happy with there serious. The only complaint I have is that they always push for a tire alignment. In many instances it is not necessary but it is always pushed. I had them do it because it hadn't been done for a while.
