The service was good and they got the job done. They where a little bit slow but did a fine job.

They are super knowledgeable and always take time to answer my questions. I never feel like they will take advantage of me. They always resolve the issue. They are the best!

A good experience. They desperately need a much larger lot. Pretty tough to get a long bed four door truck in there, and impossible if I would have brought my trailer that I also needed tires for.

They were able to get me back in the same day when I noticed my husbands tires were bald. We had gone in for a n alignment. We picked the car up and drove it home. I turned around and came back to get four new tires. I appreciated them getting in so quick. The only thing I wish is that they had checked the tires when we got them aligned.

my questions were answered. the man at the desk went in to the shop to check on my concerns a couple of times. he explained things to me in a way that I could understand better what was going on. I appreciated how I was prioritized and the guys got me in and out quickly even though my visit was last minute. I had a great experience.

Very professional very friendly completed our alignment in a professional manner

Got us right in and was very pleasant. Our only complaint was when we got home we noticed that after buying 3 tires with warranty & rotation and the 4th tire was purchase a few months earlier because of a blowout, that they would have put the older tire rotated to the back and the new tires in the front.

We really like how they remember us by name ,always friendly and helpful.

My only real comment would be that it seemed that pertinent information was not passed on from rep to system, to service tech.. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone Friday to order the tires, and told him I needed to get an alignment. When I got in on Saturday to drop off my car, there was no note about an alignment in the system. I reiterated the need for an alignment after the new tires were installed. Later Saturday, when I got the phone call to tell me the service was complete, and to pay the bill, I was surprised by the lower-than-expected price, and asked if that included the alignment. Again, I was told that there was nothing in the system about an alignment. I am impressed, however, that this rep made sure my alignment was completed before we finished the transaction, even though they had to stay after-hours to do it.

This was the first time buys tires for my truck and i was intialy concerned about getting tires that would be able to perform for my needs with out costing an arm and leg. The sales man explianed to me what i needed to know about the tires he was offering me and ensured me that i was getting the best tire for the price. Which i belive i got a great value for the tire.

The only problem I have ever had was a year before when I asked how much an alignment check was and was told it was free to check so I asked to just check it and when they finished told me how off it was then charged me $80 because they fixed it without me telling them to fix it. Luckily I had the money on me but I was upset that they never asked if I wanted it fixed and just did it without asking after I asked how much to just check. Had I been told it would be $80 I would have said not to do it yet since that money was for my rent

The manager and salesman were very professional and made sure I got what was promised.

I liked how the men were understanding of a mother with for young kids. They were accommodating. There was a couple times I didn't feel like there was professionalism. One example was when a man was helping me pay and he answered his personal cell phone in the middle of working with me.

Took the time to ensure my "new" used rims were straight before beginning my wheel alignment. Will use them again in the future.
