Big O Tires

I was in for shocks on my truck and they gave me a ride home and then picked me up when it was done. The service was good and the people who work there are great.

It was the experience I expected as I always use this location!

Everything was great with my service and tires with one exception. When I asked about the least expensive tire, the salesman told me it only had 20,000 mile warranty after I said I saw 40,000 online. Because he told me this, I went with a more expensive tire with 50,000 mile warranty and went home and again saw the original tire had 40,000 mile warranty. I wish he would have either been more knowledgeable or truthful if he knew.

The tires on my car were rotated with any charge. Then I went back two days later to have the torque checked before I went to Idaho on the freeway and there was no charge again.

Was pleased with the way I was walked through the selection of tires and rims. However, when I showed up for a n appointment to have them mounted, they were not assembled and made for an extended period of time that I waited. My bad, I should have asked about that before I arrived.

they answered my questions the best that they could. they took consideration of my concerns and I left feeling confident. I was assured that if I had problems with their work, they would fix it free of charge.

Friendly and quick without an appointment.

I needed some guidance on tires. They helped educate me so I could make a good decision. Very friendly, patient and willing to help. Helped me find a tire and price fit. The only drawback was that the service took much longer than anticipated, but I would still go there again. I felt like they gave me their attention and best service while I was there. Very pleased! Thank you!

Awesome service , and fast and very customer friendly

When I came in, the place was very busy, there was a line, and there was no parking. I did request to the person checking me in that I needed to make sure that my brake light and ABS light were checked to see why they were on. Apparently this wasn't relayed, as when I asked the technician about it, he didn't check it but told me it was usually the sensor/hub assembly and that costs around $300.00 (doesn't surprise me that it wasn't relayed, as it was chaotic). However, (When I came in Saturday I was told that when you do a brake job that this was a part of the service) No big deal, as there was a lot of chaos when I checked in, and a lot of people waiting, but now I have to find the time and have them checked as both brake lights are still on. Also, yesterday there was smoke from my brakes and today my brakes started to squeak, which can sometimes happen with new brakes and rotors, so I am not alarmed by that, so all in all I had a very pleasant experience, just some minor things. Everyone was great to deal with and were very helpful and personable. Thanks for the great experience.

Awesome customer service and knowledge. Very clean , friendly. Fast service. Excellent price in comparison to other stores i checked. Definitely will be recommending this store and to friends and will be a returning customer.

it was great I left my car there to have oil changed and tires rotated and came back in 2 hrs and it was done. the only thing I was missing was the sticker they put in your windshield to let you know when your next oil change will be off the miles

They were great! Got my car in as soon as I walked in the door! Answered some questions I had about servicing one of my other vehicles. Price is very reasonable.

We dropped off a lawn mower tire and were very happy with the service, as usual.

Every time I come to this location I'm greeted by name and taken care of on the spot. This visit I needed tire rotation and balance, I arrived to a very busy atmosphere thinking I would have to wait or make an appointment due to the volume of customers, i was told i could get right in , even though it was very busy my car was taken in and done within an hour which I felt was fairly short time frame considering how busy it was. The team is very professional and knowledgeable about their products and seem very eager to please everyone who comes in and tries their best to do it in a timely manner.
