Big O Tires

Got my flat fixed just fine, but they didn't inflate the tire to the correct amount so my car kept telling me it was low.

Great staff very helpful! Very friendly and clean store! Will return!

Each time I go in something always happens. Once they lost my keys on a simple oil change and this last time they never cleared the maintenance light for a oil change. Tired of the mishaps

Fast pleasant and friendly

I wish I could write a higher review. We have saved two years for new tires and wheels. The wheels are perfect as we picked them out ourselves!! But the tires are the exact same size as we had on them! I trusted their expertise to put bigger tires on like I had asked, but I basically got the exact same tire. I'm a bit sad about the whole thing.

I had no appointment and they worked me in to find why my vehicle shook between 75 and 80 mph. They quickly checked and balanced the tires they also located a rim for my spare tire and gave me a quote for a tire. The balanced tires were perfect on the 500 mile trip I just finished.

Not sure at what level the quality of work is at...I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt because Big-O has always done a quality job for me. Had my front wheel bearings repacked so I have to trust that it's done right. Here 's the problem. I scheduled this the week before and it was entered into the schedule book. I told the attendant I would drop my vehicle off, which I did. Monday about 9 a.m. received a call from Big-O saying "noticed your truck in our parking lot. Wondering what it is we can do for you today?" This is after I left a note on the front seat detailing my name and what needed to be done, not to mention that this was scheduled in your book. This was for a front wheel bearing pack, and my truck "Chev-s10" wasn't done until 1:00 the following day. I took this same truck in to have a new wheel lug stud put on. They pulled it right in...my wife and I went across the street and did some shopping. 45 minutes later we came back to big-o and had a seat. 30 minutes later I went up to the front desk and asked if there was a problem. The reply was somewhat vague. I guess I'm just feeling like your turn around time on light mechanic work is kind of lengthy. Thanks for reading.

Staff went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. Even offering service that wasn’t completely necessary.

Haven't been to that big o in over 2 years back them they woundt rotate my big o tires. This time they charged me 15 dollars more per tire then first qouted. It well probably be 2 or more years before I go back again.

These guys are all great and have always treated my whole family great! We all Highly recommend them!

I'm sorry to have to tell you but after being a dedicated customer for 10 years working with Larry , Jay your previous mechanic whom was Great and Jason I have had many good to great experiences in the past but the last year or so I have had terrible work done on my vehicles someone needs training on fixing repairs the right way the first time. Very un happy with Tremonton Big O and I'm looking for a new shop.

They miscounted tires so they didn't have the tires I needed. Had to wait another day riding donut spare to get my tires. Despite the foul up they were very willing to compensate for my troubles and cared about me. Will be back to get tires in the future.

Good service not very clean

I was really impressed on how fast and accurate they were on my tire rotation and oil change. As well as the text alert that was sent notifying me that my car was finished.

I have always been taken care of very quickly and I will continue going to my local store because I know I'll get the products I asked for and everyone one there is great and very helpful and speedy!

Took an ATV tire in for a flat repair. Paid $16 bucks. Returned home and found the tire was put on the rim backwards. Had to make another trip which is 15 miles both ways to get it right. It was fixed. No apology. I think the boys in Logan would have refunded my money.

They remember people by name, they know the customers and listen to their needs. We aren’t just numbers or another sale to them. Great people and quality and effectiveness at the job.
