Big O Tires

I came in with a bulge in my tire (still under warranty) and 1 employee tried to sell me a used tire before he checked to see if mine was under warranty. A 2nd employee claimed the bulge was due to bad installation. Tire was installed at a Big O in another town and he said they probably wouldn't take responsibility and he could sell me a used tire. I asked him to call the other Big O, which he did. They were totally cooperative and willing to cover the replacement. Before I left, I was handed keys but no documentation. The manager arrived about this time, made sure I had something in writing, and also showed me some unusual wear on the inside of the tire, which no one else mentioned. This was due to a loose ball socket, which would have caused premature wear on my tires. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the manager and he is the only one I will deal with in the future. My ratings below are for the manager only. Ratings for other employees would be Poor.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable and very helpful. Staff was good to answer questions with good information.

I Wasn't to impressed that I got charged double if not triple on the price of the parts used to fix my brakes

I was there a almost a week ago Saturday will be a week and I have been in there 4 or 5 times and have had to call and complain 3 of those times not good

The staff at the Tremonton Big "O" Tire store have always been great to us! They care about the individual as well as the maintenance they perform on our vehicles.

Went into the Tremonton location to get a set of tires I had rotated and balanced. I was told they'd have it pulled in by 5pm. I dropped back in at 5:30 and waited for almost half an hour with out anyone asking if I needed any help. The employee helped me and found out my car was never even started! I saw all the employees out in the bay with one truck. The value I spent was not worth the waste of time and being ignored. I could of gone to Discount tire in ogden and paid less and would have been treated better. Worst service I've ever had from Big-O!

They were really busy, but they worked hard to help me with my issue.

Every time I go to this place (even for a free tire rotation) they will find something wrong so I have to pay them and never takes less then two hours! On top of that it's usually not done right.

Took 5 hours to get my tires changed. They kept promising sooner & then it want ready, then another promise, and still not done! Why don't they take appointments?
