The service was great the staff was very knowledgeable they took their time explaining the differences between snow tires and all weather tires and they were quick I was able to pick my car up within an hour and a half of when I dropped it off and that was perfect

Steve worked with me over the phone to address the issue. He worked with the shortcomings on my end and got the job done in incredible time. He also came to pick me up during a snowstorm so I could retrieve my vehicle. Above and beyond service.

When my tires were rotated they accidentally broke off the tip of one of my Tire Air System indicators. They tried fixing it but couldn't. I came back in on Monday and they fixed it. Very grateful they went the extra mile to make it right.

Big O in Tremonton has always taken great care of me, whether for my personal vehicle, RV tires, or my fleet vehicle. I was a little bit disappointed by the associate's attitude inside. Stating something like, "I'd like to just tell them all to **-off, and then walk out the door." My previous interactions with other associates never indicated any kind of unfriendly or negative work environment. I don't know if the associate was simply having a bad day, or may not fit with the culture in this particular branch.

Robert and Jason are always friendly and knowledgeable. The squeeze us in when they can and are always willing to help out when we need it.

Taylor was extremely helpful with everything. Did think it was a little pricy because I can have the same thing done at another Big-O for $60 instead of $95.

I stopped in to see if I could get my tires rotated. They got me in and did the service quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment.

I have been to your store several times this past year or so for tires, brakes, tire pressure monitoring system and flats. Every time Ive felt very welcomed and given full attention by the staff. One night Jason even stayed after hours to make sure my new tire pressure Sensors were calibrated correctly. It was being stubborn. I was very happy with the service before leaving. This past week my wife got a flat tire and Robert fit us in and had it repaired it in a timely manner. Keep up the great work!

Great team, very friendly and communicative with my car issues

I took my van in for a tire rotation and to make sure I didn't have a slow leak. They took care of it while I was at the Trick or Treat on Main Street.

As a widow o have used them for years. The always desk how things are going and give me excellent service. I can not remember while waiting for my truck of any person being dissatisfied. This time I could not get back before they closed, they called me and then put the truck in a bay till the next morning.

I was in need of new tires as it is anyway. Luckily for me i had a flat so it forced me to buy a set of tires anyways. The guys were straightforward and generous on waiting for me. Thank you!
