Colt at the Provo store has always gone above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else for our tires. They have hands down the best customer service around!!!

Have had only great service every time I have any auto work completed.

Thought I lost a weight off my wheel. Took it tp Big-O Provo. Wasn't happy to find out that my truck had bad wheel bearings on both sides that were shot. When I was taken back in the shop to check things out, I wonder how I even limped into their location. Not a cheap thing to fix, but let me say this.... I received the best service in the world by Colton, and others, and I know I got a very good deal. I will always go back to Big-O Provo. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly to I can get back to fishing in our Utah mountains.

They have always taken care of me and the car. Even though Big O is kind of a big business I get a feel that they are down to earth and honest.

Associate went above and beyond to make sure the car was taken care of after a mishap. They were honest and upfront with what happened, and did what needed to be done to get the car fixed.

They were able to get me in quickly, and even though I used the wrong tire size on the appointment they accommodated me with no problems and got the right size for my vehicle

Loved working with Jeri N. and the other staff at Big O. Jeri was extremely helpful in our tire selection process. She also explained how we could mitigate issues with our tire alignment regarding camber adjustments. This is a great shop and you can tell the staff believes in great customer service!

Jeri N was very kind and efficient at getting me checked in and out. The whole process was quite quick which I appreciated.

I was blown away by the level of service that I received at Big O Tires. Steve was so knowledgable about the tires that were perfect for my minivan. He explained the alignment process and how they could correct it so the tires wear properly. In addition he helped me navigate Michelin's warranty and proration process saving me tons of money. Will definitely be shopping here for years to come.

We on trip and our trailers spring broke. We pulled into big O and were met at door and immediately felt heard and that they would do everything they could to get us out on road.
