We appreciate the honestly and very helpful service, especially in trying to make things work for our budget. No overselling unless we specifically ask for more. We live in Springville and prefer to drive to Provo for our services. Friendly and helpful staff!

Provo Big O tires is the best. Always friendly people. Never try to push products you dont need. I travel out of my way 40 miles passing probably 50 other tire shops to go to this one.

There are four Big-O tire stores closer to my home in Cedar hills. I am sure they are fine franchises, but I am fiercely loyal to Coulton and Steve at 1461 N State in Provo. They have been taking care of my family and friends for many years now. They are always looking for ways to save me money instead of looking for ways to make money. They are loyal to me, they are honest with me. I trust them and will never go anywhere else.

I showed up 20 minutes before they were set to open. They were ready to work so they let me in early. They threw on my new tires so fast I was on the road before they were officially open. These guys are great!
