Big O Tires

I got my oil changed elsewhere because I had a special deal, but that place told me a few things needed fixing. I called Big O Tires to see what they would charge and found it would be much less expensive. I got my cabin filter replaced (~$15 less expensive), the battery serviced (for no charge, compared to $35 quoted at the other place), and the front struts replaced in a very timely manner. The nail the other place told me would require the whole tire being replaced was found just to be stuck in the tread and hadn't even punctured the tire. I'm glad you guys were honest about that, saved me a bunch of money!

I've always had a good experienc at Big-O tires. Especially the one in Provo at their old location on Freedom and the new one on State street. There have been consistent guys there that have always been great to me.

Chris Conrad was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable while I waited. It is rare to see service of that caliber these days.

I was greeted the moment I walked in and had my questions about the services I needed answered quickly and completely. My brakes were serviced, rotors changed, and brake fluid flushed in just under an hour. I was in and out in no time!

The employee Nacho that helped me was very friendly and communicative in helping me understand what my car needed and was very up front with pricing.

Service was very friendly, communicated clearly the price and fees beforehand and got the job done in under 20 min to change out all four of my tires!

I went in for a set of 4 tires. I was shown options. Chose what I thought suited my car best. Given expert advice. My questions were answered very well. Was out and on my way, even after an alignment, in less than 90 minutes. Very competitive pricing.

These guys are awesome! I've gotten a nail in the same tire two times within one month and both times they patched it for free and were very fast. I was very impressed by their customer service and will definitely buy my tires here next time to pay it back to them.
