Big O Tires

While traveling through Provo we developed a leak in our trailer tire. We called and even though they were closing they waited for us. They fixed leaky valve stem tightened everything and only wished us a safe trip. The best customer experience we've had hands down.

The manager lives near me, so he drove my car to and from Big O for the services. He's always upfront about the cost and the work he and his team do is always great

I scheduled my appointment online and showed up on time, the attendant was really friendly. I had a couple of questions about the services and he helped me understand the differences and what needed to be done. The whole process took two hours, but they did a really great job with my car. Absolutely no complaints.

When I pull up, they always come out of the store to greet me, even when it's cold enough to be snowing. I just came in for a basic oil change. They did it twice as fast as Walmart and for $10 cheaper than Walmart. That says a lot to me. Go BigO! And in the past they changed out my wheel bearing and hub assemblies for the same cost as a very cheap mechanic I went to once, but with probably much better quality and precision. I love these guys!

Steve was great... walked in, told him my referral, wrote up the invoice in less than a minute. No sales pitch, just took my keys and had me in and out... not super fast. Because they're busy! I'll definitely refer Steve, like he was referred by two people!!

Even though it ended up costing a bit more than I thought due to camber alignment parts, I still had a great experience because of the friendly constant communication throughout the wait.
