I came to the store asking to have my tires checked on my truck before I left on a trip pulling a trailer.They served me immediately, aliened my truck and found some parts that needed repaired, which they they immediately.I am always treated with great respect and they always know my name.

Reese is the best! He took care of all my questions and concerns. Had my vehicle ready in no time really recommend Big O tires with Reese!

I used them last week. I got my oil changed and they were quick. I liked that. The one thing I did not like was the price it is a little to high. Other than that it was a good experience

Greeted me at my car and started off well. The service was decent and my car was done quickly. I'm really running tight on funds til my first paycheck at my job comes in, and they lowered the bill a bit to accommodate my small budget, closer to the quote they gave me over the phone (which I guess had been without tax). Biggest complaint: The new oil change sticker wasn't done to my liking. Instead of removing the old sticker and adding a new one, they stuck a new sticker on top of the old one, which also overlapped the tire rotation sticker. And the new sticker didn't have a "Change past this amount" mileage number, but just "today's mileage was" and the date. I was actually quite angry about this and had to call the store back to find out what to do with this mileage number they'd given me. They said to change after 5k miles past the mileage listed. Hmm. OK.

Great customer service

The guy that received me was super nice and all the time was asking me if I needed something else, I went just to change my tires. He listened to me and he wasn�t trying to push hard any brand of tires, he just gave me suggestions and let me decided by my self.

Bigo is amazing!

They were very fast and as always very friendly. I only go to big o because they know what they are doing and I never have to worry if the job was done right

We went it to get our tire mounted and they not only did it so fast, it was cheap and they polished all of our tires for free.

Went in for new tries and alignment, found out there were a few other issues they recommended the minimum to be safe to leave that day, and what could wait. I had forgotten that a couple of months back (I think September) my wife had brought the car in for alignment. At no point did anyone mention that in a short period the alignment had gone out of whack so quickly. That was a bit disappointing.

Great customer service

They were super busy so although they offered the free alignment check, I didn't have time to wait for it. Also, I think a BigO credit card is stupid. They were really nice and did what I paid them to do.

Chris was very efficient and got my car in quickly. I was surprised at how clean and nice the inside office was. It is a great shop

I have bought tires, all season and snow, the prices have been competive. Recently I purchased new rims for my all season tires to avoid changing over to snow tires each season. The rims both price and looks are more than I expected. Love the look it give my car. Although during installation problems occurred with rims, they were scratched pretty significantly. When I called back to inform Colton of the issue he apologized and had me come down to see what can be done to repair them. He advised me he reviewed video of installation and discovered what had happened. He was very honest with the issue. Something I'm not used too. We're making arrangements to restore rims to like new. Colton is a very good customer agent for this store. I will still return to deal with him for any of my service needs.

WE HAVE USED THE PROVO BIG O FOR YEARS. THEY EXTREMELY FAST AT PERFORMING THE TASK AND VERY FRIENDLY.

We always go to Bigo to get are tires and other stuff done on are Titan.

Chris took great care in explaining and helping me with the service. He helped me see what deals were available and gave me the best price. He was kind and understanding of my budget as a single mom.
