Big O Tires

Overall good Service but the Technition who did my tires forgot to put all my caps back on my vehicle! We will see Monday if they still have them! For the amount of money it cost me I hope they hang on to their mistake!

I feel like I can trust the team at this Big O. I have been bringing my car here for years because they are honest and always take the time to ensure I'm not being overcharged for things, while helping me maintain my vehicle. Everyone is so kind, and I appreciate the fact that they don' try to take advantage of me being less knowledgeable about cars.

I watched through the window as a young worker, maybe an apprentice, kept getting the driver socket stuck on the bolts on the left rear tire and kept knocking it off with the driver, and now my rim has little dents around four of the bolts. The bald guy who appeared to be in charge took the drill and did the other three tires and didn't get it stuck once. Maybe a little more training for the kid and a fake rim would be better.

My RV/travel trailer blew a tire on a family vacation. I called Colton Cobbley and he was outstanding in every category! From having my very tires in stock, to explaining everything and the exceptional speed and service the team of 4 guys showed in getting me back on the road! They got it done in under 20 mins! I work in the auto industry and guys like Colton and his team are assests to have in every way! Also, the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen, the marble floors were beautiful! I also like the lounge area with drinks, popcorn and charging stations built into the couches but, there was no time to use them because Colton had the RV ready to go so quickly! He also explained Big O's Tire Warranty so well that I paid for it for all 4 tires that he replaced. The warranty, to me, was unheard of for my RV and made total sense to me in getting it. Thanks to Colton and the team, he turned a bad experience of the blowout into a good one! He saved our family vacation! Thanks to Colton, the team and my experience here at Provo Big O, I am now a lifelong customer! Thank you again!

Steve, your employees continue to park in the residential neighborhood on 1625 N. Could you please try to work something out to provide parking for them. I have pictures of your employees parking in front of my house and walking to work in their uniforms. It causes over-congestion and visibility issues when non-residents park in our neighborhood. We usually have 3 to 4 big-O employees parking on our street. It includes a grey chevrolet truck, a large black 4WD truck, an older maroon SUV, and a few other cars. I can send you pictures of the cars if you would like. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I am very upset about my experience. I came asking for the winter car check and knew I had a Jetta so it would cost more than the $50. I called in advance to ask how much it would be and gave them my car information and they confirmed the price. When I came to pick up my car, I was told it was going to be even more than I was originally priced because the amount of oil used. This jumped from the increased $75 to now $90. I shrugged it off because I understand materials cost money. When I got in my car, my tires were out of air and that was never filled like it stated they should have been in the check. While having to fill my own tires the next day, I realized all of my hub caps were crooked and I was unable to even fill my tires because of this. Even one hubcap was missing. This is crazy because I paid $90 to not even get the simple requirements taken care of and have my car come back in worse condition. Everyone I talked to in store was very nice, I am just disappointed in the quality that is coming out of this store. I do appreciate their willingness to fix my issue immediately and replace my hub cap. I will sadly not be returning.

Just wanted them to put a new rim on that I bought and they didn't balance it and they lost my hub cap.

We talked to 3 different representatives and they were all very polite amd respectful. They outlined the wait time and assured us they’d be done by the end of the day. They were engaged in conversation, and still moved quickly.

Tires quoted were much more expensive than comparable tires at other locations. Employees are inconsiderate. We will never shop at Big O Tires again after our experience, thankfully discount tires has provided us with quality service at a reasonable price for comparable tires and an excellent service warranty that covers us nationally.

The recognized the problem and clearly communicated it.

On Nov. 10th, 2018, I brought my car to Big O tire for maintenance. I brought my winter tires with me, that I removed back in May at Big O tires located on Ste St. by DI in Provo, to be put on. After 30 mns of work on my car, the Manager brought one my that tires with hole on it and asked me if they should patch it, I said no. I told him that it was his mechanics that ruined my tire, he contested and said that their machine would not do that. Anyone with a good sense of reasoning could tell it was the mechanics who ruined my tire, because they were the ones who removed them back in back in May after winter. I had just used these new tires for winter. However, the manager did not offer to replace my tire. I later found that the same day that there was another tire with the same type of hole. I ended up replacing two of my tires that I paid lot of money for. They were Michelin tires, those are one of best tires. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO BIG O TIRE FOR TIRE SERVICE, THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR TIRES AND BLAME YOU FOR IT. I used to have a great respect for that place until that experience. I value honesty in service.

From start to finish the process was very smooth and the associates communicated every move along the way. The work done on my Tacoma was done in a timely and professional manner.

Seriously, can't you provide your employees a place to park. Do they have to clog up my neighborhood? The entire street on 1625 N. There is very little residential parking and 4 employees park on our street every day except Sunday. That is 4 that I know of. I see the decals on their cars and their uniforms every morning. If I have a friend or family over they have to park around the corner. What kind of employer does not have a place for employees to park. I am sure you may have good service, but I would never recommend you because it would cause more people to park on my street. I know you are moving, but you really should do the decent thing and let your employees park where they work. I work 5 days a week and believe it or not in my 30+ years of employment I have always been able to park where I work.

It was so speedy to get my tires rotated. The workers I talked to were very helpful and did a great job managing all of the customers they had at the same time. The store was busy but they did well at helping each other out to keep things moving

I am pissed!!! We went to Big O to get a tune up and new tires yesterday. Our car was perfectly fine when we went there and now our car can't go 10 meters without dying out. We took our car there today and told them about the problem and after looking at it for an hour they told us they can't do anything about it. We now have to pay for a rental car because this car is our only transportation. Thanks for nothing. I highly do not recommend coming here.

I bought Winterclaw Snow tires from a recommendation made by an employee at the Big O Tires in Provo Utah. I was told that these tires would last me at least 2 winters. After 3 months of having these tires on, the tread was nearly completely gone and the tires were actually splitting. We went to the manager of the Provo store and he said that he could replace the 2 bad tires with the same kind of tire (which can't even happen because they discontinued those tires) and I told him that I didn't want the same kind, that I wanted Michelin all season tires because I didn't want the same thing to happen again and I wanted all 4 replaced and I would pay the difference. He said he could let me pay the difference on the 2 bad tires but couldn't offer all 4 at the time, but would get a hold of an adjuster to see if he could since we both knew the 2 okay tires were going to end up like the bad ones in just a couple months. This was about a month ago. Since then my car has started violently shaking when I go over 40 miles per hour because the tires are so bad (I was even told that when I got them checked out in the first place, but it has gotten much worse since then.) I can't even make it to work today since my car can't survive on the freeway due to this dragging out so long. The manager has been saying that he hasn't been able to get a hold of someone over and over again. He is offering to replace the 2 bad tires this week, but won't help me get the tires I want. It seems like he has basically waited me out until I was desperate and would take the worst deal. I then called the customer service line to see if they could help and they didn't want to do anything. I would just appreciate someone trying to help instead of disregarding me.

Gave me some pretty good tires for a pretty good price. They also kept me updated and made me aware of all the different options I had. Will get more tires here soon.
