A week ago my tire pressure light came on. I discovered that my tire pressure gauge was missing from my vehicle and I need to travel to Salt Lake for a meeting that day. I stopped by (no appointment) to see if I could have my tires inflated, a service I was willing to pay for at that point. About 5 minutes after arriving, the very pleasant technician informed me that my pressure was about half of what it should be in the front passenger-side tire. He offered to check on whether I had a flat, a process he said would take about 20 minutes. He found a nail in the tire, removed it, and patched it in under 20 minutes. When he came back to the waiting area, which had free Wifi(!), and I asked him how much I owed, he insisted that they were glad to help and there would be no charge. Can you guess where I will be getting new tires from now on? As the review title said, I was totally blown away. Thank you for making my day!

I cannot say enough good things! I never feel talked down to or belittled for my lack of knowledge with cars. Things are explained clearly and honestly. I am so impressed with the employees here!!

Whose happy right at opening hours(7am)? Steve and Shane were the happiest people! When typically, most people don't want to talk to anyone for the first couple hours of starting a morning. Shane and Steve made service look professional. They made sure I was well taken care of, at a fair price and with quality and speed. Steve needs a raise!

I took my car in for an oil change, but also had them look at a couple of other issues I was having with my car. As always, they were able to diagnose the problem, give me the options and costs, and let me make the decision as to what to do. There was no pressure. I enjoy this company.

Colton got me right in and took care of my tire blow out. He also took a look at my brake rotors for me.

This is not the first time I've used Big O in Orem. Brian always takes good care of me. Fair price, great initial service and it continues after you leave.

I've gone to other establishments to get my battery changed, but no one seemed to be able to touch it. But I scheduled an appointment with Big O and they took care of my problem without question. It was a huge load off my shoulders.
