I barely had time to serve myself some free popcorn before my free tire repair was done. 'Nuff said?

I had a dead battery after working a 12 hour night shift at the hospital. Reese fit me in and got it changed very quickly. I had forgotten my wallet at home and I was able to call him when I got home and give him the credit card information. He was great. Mechanic was quick as well

I've gone to this Big O for the last six years and won't go anywhere else unless I'm out-of-town on a vacation.My wife's 2010 Lexus GX460 needed some repairs; I called ahead, made an appointment, and her vehicle was finished by mid afternoon!She is happy and I am too!!

I moved from Provo/Orem area to AF and have a very hard time with BigO there. I just haven't been treated well, never felt like they cared. Always felt like a number. I received a pretty high quote for some work to be done on my 4Runner. I took it in to you for a second opinion. I was told that I didn't need some of the work quoted. But come to find out. Weeds breaks and routers too. But because of the honesty and throwing in some extra work even though I spent more money I felt very appreciated and taken care of. Thanks.

The facility was extremely inviting when I entered. The service was smooth as silk and as I watched additional customers come and go, I thought the process run like a well oil machine. A very delightful experience this morning. I wish other faculties could run this smoothly.

i had some work done on my 95 mercedes e420 by another company based in provo and was charged for an alignment and had poor tire wear, i recently replaced the tires and the wear was continuing so i went and got a free alignment check done-yes it was out-only few thousand miles no way the others guys aligned it-the sales guy was friendly and i was in and out and all up to fact spec on caster camber and toe-most places just say o its a mercedes no sorry we don't work on those-super happy car even handles better now-

Reese is always super helpful and we can always count on him to take good care of us and our vehicles.
