Big O Tires

I was given a great price quote over the phone by Steve and when I arrived at the store they immediately went to work on my car. The price was exactly what he quoted me over the phone and the tires ride quiet and smooth. These guys are the best Big O around. You can trust them to treat you fair and take care of you like family.

I never go anywhere but big o to get my tires rotated and my oil changed. They always greet me outside walk me inside make me very comfortable. Steve, I have no issues with Big O and the service you provide. I just moved into this area, and have noticed that most of your employees park in the residential neighborhood on 1625 N. This parking is needed for the residents of that area, and would appreciate it as a homeowner if you would provide parking for your employees. It creates over-congestion and visibility issues, as well as creating an issue where my visitors have to find parking sometimes a block away when they visit me. I am also aware that supersonic employees also park in the residential area, and am also going to petition them to provide parking. Thank you, Jim

Went for alignment and got a chance to talk to your mechanic. He is very nice and knowledgeable. I feel I can trust the guy any time with my car. I have not had the same experience in any other shop. Keep him happy and he will make you a lot of money!, and happy customers too.
