Big O Tires

Every time I take my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc., I am treated like I'm the only customer in the store. They greet me at the door--often before I even have a chance to get out of the car. I'm sure if they had a red carpet, they would roll it out just for me. Their service is quick and thorough. They make suggestions of other services that I might be interested in, but there is never any pressure. This is a wonderful store, with even better technicians. I have been going to this Big-O Tire location for many years and I plan to continue to go for many years to come.

They did not have my tire in stock, so I went back after work and they immediately took me in and replaced it. They remembered me and knew just what I needed. As busy as they are, they don't make you wait very long.

I've used Big O for years and always feel welcomed, the guys remember me and I've learned a couple of their names. Big O also saved me money to beat a competitor, Nacho Malherbe was very helpful.

My experience is always excellent here! I have come here for years...enough so that they feel like family. And I'm treated as such. They tell you what's wrong but let you decide to proceed or not.

Honest excellent service.

Their prices were competitive. I liked how they took a video of the problem with the ball joint, so I didn't just have to go off their word. I was able to get things done pretty quickly considering all that needed to be done. The associates were accommodating and kind. I was nervous to come in with my new baby, but they did everything they could to make us comfortable, including cleaning the changing table in the bathroom.
