We came in just minutes before they closed and they took our car no question. We had been losing a lot of air in our tires and didn't know why. We sat in the waiting room for thirty min when the tech came back and told us that we had 2 nails in one tire and 1 in the other and he had patched them up. Every one was so friendly and professional even though we had walked in right before closing. I will definitely go back.

I always go to Big O Tire in Provo for my oil change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. They are great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them!

I always get treated well when I go to big O tires. The staff and technicians are courteous and professional and have always provided inexpensive options for solving problems. I really appreciate not being talked into more expensive options. It is one of the reasons I return loyally to big O tires.

I had an issue with a recently replaced left wheel bearing and had a friend suggest going to Big O. The employees were extremely friendly and anytime I pulled up they would come out to greet me before I was even out of the car. They won't waste your money either. In fact some times I felt they were too hesitant to try something that I thought should have been done. In the end, they saved me quite a bit of money. Their prices are also great! They replaced my right wheel bearing for $10 less than a cheap mechanic who replaced my left bearing, and did a much higher quality job. And they're fast! The mechanic took close to an hour to replace a bearing while Big O took about 10 minutes (I watched them do it from the lobby). I really appreciate all they did for me, especially for all the free diagnostics work. I'll definitely be going back.

Reese was so generous explaining everything twice. He was there at 5:30 am when I dropped off the car before office hours. He explained in detail the situation to both me and my husband so we could move forward on the repair

I have always liked Big O Tires! You guys do a great job on my wife and I's cars and we have never had a problem. Its also a major plus that we live right by the location we usually go!

My car died while I was driving and I had to have it towed. The courtesy van got me to the train station quickly so I could still get to work. The Big O team diagnosed the problem very quickly, called me within just a couple hours. The alternator had gone out, and the employee let me know sometimes when the car runs on just battery it can make the battery weak, but that they would check the battery. The fixed the alternator, charged and tested the battery, and the battery was fine. It increases my trust that they were honest about the battery and didn't replace it just to make me pay more. All this was completed in just a few hours and I was able to get my car when I got off work. I am very pleased with the timeliness and honesty.

The time I waited as well as the price I paid was superior to other car services. I have used. to talk it all off, Chris, the sales person was phenomenal.
