I needed an emissions inspection for renewal. I called ahead to find the wait time and told it was low. I got to the shop in about 10 minutes. There was NO WAIT TIME! !!!! They took my car in immediately. I was done with everything in under 15 minutes.

Hey, I was going to drop a key after hours but a technician was finishing up and took my key with contact info. It was very helpful! I was hoping that I would be notified if I needed an alignment and if they were going to be able to do a transmission flush but the total wasn't more than I expected. Honestly we've moved to a different part of town and we still come to this store because of the knowledge, experience and staff.

Needed repairs required hard to get parts and Ken was great to track down a source of the parts needed.

Bought new Pirelli tires and drove to Ohio & back (4,000 miles). Don't know how this happens but the ride on the new tires seemed better than the original equipment that was replaced. Service was excellent.
