I went to Big O to get all new tires on my vehicle. The manager on duty was very friendly, not only to me but to anyone that was in the store. He made sure I got the best tires for my vehicle and took extra steps to make sure tires would last a long time. Everything was explained so there were no hidden costs or surprises. The wait was a bit long but was comfortable.Both my daughter and I love Big -O.

Because of my age I was treated with great respect not talked down to. They explained everything to me. We’re done in a timely manner.
