Big O Tires

I've been using Big O for 11 years and I'm always happy with the service and their products, brakes tires, and now a master cylinder. I'm hoping the Big O in Alamogordo NM is as good.

They got my vehicle in faster then I expected, kept me up to speed on what was going on, and got the work done much faster then expected

Had to travel back to California the next day and had a patch job from another company that morning go bad.James Coash helped us right away, told us the reality of the condition of the tire.Asked him if there was any way they could fix it.They re-patched it and tested.It held and he got us on our way quickly.James had a great attitude, great information and made me feel like I was important.My friend who was with me and who I was staying with in the area told me that he would now take his business to Big O in Cedar City.I made it back to California with no problems.Thanks for the great customer service!

Great service, great price, friendly manager, and timely service

We brought our son down from salt lake to start college and he had a screw in his tire. They fixed it fast! They were awesome. I told my son if he had any car issues to take it to you at big o in cedar city. Great job guys! We appreciate you!

The team member was very professional and the time it took to provide the services needed was very good.

Had an alignment done on my car.Service was fast and friendly.Time will tell on the alignment but I don't expect any issues and I know Big O will resolve them is there are any.

The only thing I know about cars is that I need to get my oil changed on time and make sure to find the sources of any funny noises, I couldn't remember what type of oil I usually get and the assistant explained them to me in such a nice way I was shocked. When things like that happen at other places the person is usually not very nice about it and expects me to know everything I probably should know but don't. I go to this Big O everytime and already told my friend to get their oil changes there.

Since moving to cedar city in1999, I have purchased tires from your store, always a good experience

Went in this week fro new tires that were on sale. Had no appointment, but was taken right in for the tires and an alignment. Personnel were very helpful and friendly and the service was quick.

I can trust and that the work done on my vehicles is done right and done very well.I can trust that I am not going to be told I need anything I don't need and I can trust that when I am told I need something I have not noticed, I need it.I know and fully trust the staff at Big O Cedar City!

Always fair, and they go out of their way to make sure my tires are taken care of.

Went in for tire roatation, oil change and service check (brakes, belts, etc.). Price was very good and service was reasonably quick. Only complaint is someone left a greasy hand print on my dash when they reset the oil service light, no big deal, I would've left hand prints all over had I had done it myself.
