Cameron was extremely helpful and pleasant both during the checking in process and when I was paying to leave. He communicated very well through the entire process. I will continue using Big-O Tires for my automotive needs.

I really enjoyed the service. The gentleman working the desk balanced many tasks at once and was quick and to the point. I really felt like I could trust them to do a good job and that they would take care of me as a customer.

Very positive experience. I arrived at 3:00 PM in the afternoon. I was shown two tires and told the qualities of each. I selected the tire I wanted and went to the waiting area. All four tires were replaced in an hour.

Everything was convenient. It was easy to make an appointment and once I got there it was easy to check in. I didn’t have to wait too long and the employees were nice.

Your company fixed my tire that had some sort of leak; but I was not told where the leak was or how the tire was fixed. Manager said the tire was grinded down.? Not sure what that meant. Seems to be holding air though-thank you.

Cameron was helpful in addressing my concerns for inspection and putting on a new set of tires. Years ago, I pulled away because of decetful salesmen. I have re-joined Big-O because of sincere mgnt. and trying to be honest and respectful to people. Mechanics trade have a reputation of up-selling customers when venerable. Especially women. They walk a razors edge of being honest with how they create false fears in people. Honesty and fairness is what I and my friends look for in a true mechanic. Anyway, I have felt good working with Big-O lately. Thanks Ron P
