I took my car in to have the tires rotated. They did the job quickly while I waited, but they did not check the tire pressure. All the tires needed air. All the other places I have had my tires rotated, they automatically check the tire pressure. I just assumed this would be done at Big-O. I had to make another trip back to have the tires filled when I realized it had not been done.

Always great customer service. Usually in and out within an hour! Very reasonable and easy to work with.

I only go here when there's nowhere else to go. I came in for an alignment, which is a standard $80 in most shops. I found a 10% coupon online and brought it in with me. I thought it was going to be $72 + tax...sweet. Anyway, fast forward to the register and the total was $85. I asked them if they had applied the discount, and they had. I was confused, but later learned that they charged $89.99 for the alignment and the 10% discount brings it down to the industry standard of $80 + tax. This is so annoying. Fake discount. Other than that I believe they do good work, it's just pricey.

I love taking my truck in to you guys. Last week I took my truck in to get the oil changed and tires rotated. The customer service is always great but the work and attention to detail on this last visit was not good! The oil cap was not put back on. I drove 200 miles and got off the freeway and heard a loud knock. Upon opening the hood. There was no oil cap and oil was all over. Luckily the knock I heard was the cap and it was lodged under the hood. I think the mechanic needs to pay more attention to all they do. I know they can probably change oil and rotate tires in there sleep. But making sure the job is really done so this doesn't happen to someone else. It could have really been worse. I wasn't even sure there was oil in it.

Excellent service , professional technicians, fair price, thourough.

I took my car in to get the tires rotated and balanced. After I am done dealing with the guy at the counter who clearly hates his job I take a seat in the lobby and wait for my car. An hour and a half goes past and j finally go to the counter to see if my car is done and they tell me it's been done for about 20 minutes. Very horrible customer service and management there. It's not my first issue with them. I would not recommend anyone.

Quick service for mounting 4 new tires

Overfilled my car with oil and when I returned very rude and short. When I came to get it never got off the phone just handed me the key. Won't be going back.

When I got to Big O I went in and asked if they could please fill up my tires with nitrogen and the man at the register was super rude, and no one came out to help me at me car, so finally I went in and asked what was going on and then he finally came out to help me and instead of helping he just insisted my tires weren't nitrogen and talked down to me even if I repeatedly told him they were (I usually go to Costco where they fill it up with Nitrogen). Finally he just filled them up and I left.

Great service for the past 20 years

Had a hole in my tire that needed patched. It was 5:45 and I knew big o closed at 6 but it was en emergency (I don't live in cedar and would have to drive an hour to get home, so I really needed my tire fixed) I called ahead so that they knew I was coming (I was like 3 minutes away) and asked if they'd patch my tire. The man who answered was rude, told me that they closed in 15 minutes and a tire patch would take 10-15 minutes (seemed like perfect timing to me) and acted like me even asking was an inconvenience to him. I explained my situation, that I had to drive on the freeway and had no way of getting home with my tire in the state that it was in. Instead of responding, he just sat in silence on the phone-maybe he was pretending the phone line cut out but I could hear him breathing. He could have told me yes or no, instead he just let me sit on the phone wasting the time he was so concerned about. I eventually just hung up and saw a different tire shop on my way that was still open. They gladly accepted my business, even at 5:50 and I ended up purchasing two new tires from them. A sale that could have been big os if they had been a little bit more concerned with a customers needs..or had actually just said words on the phone... 0/10 will not recommend

They always treat me special and care

Very disappointed. Staff was extremely unfriendly, seemed to think I was the biggest idiot they had ever met. When I first walked in there were about 6 guys standing around doing nothing. Called in advance to check oil change prices and was told it would be $24.99. My total came to $45.19. It also took about an hour to change, maybe that's normal but in my experience I have never had one take that long. A mat with oily foot prints was also left in my car. Definitely will not be returning.
