I dropped my wheel off for a repair because of a nail. They told me how long the wait would be, and called me when it was ready. Very friendly service.

I take all my vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs. They are always prompt, helpful and informative.

They were very respectful and took me in very quickly and were done within a timely manners.

The man at the desk treated us with great courtesy: Then low tire indicated cane on on a drive to look at leaves. So Cedar City Big O was on our way back to St. Gall 4 tires were fine when the teck checked so on home we went.

I seem always to work with Cameron. He's been courteous and willing to take time to discuss questions be they about tires or a recommended service. Last visit in June 2017 he was taking calls, receiving customers, checking vehicles for tire wear questions and generally swamped but he still managed to greet everyone and provide them a good service. It was almost 100 outside and those coming in were hot. I go back there first for his best prices which upon subsequent shopping are the lowest for a nationwide chain store. I will continue to be a patron of that store.

Cameron does an amazing job as the Manager. If he tells you that your vehicle will be ready it almost always on time, and if there are delays, he will communicate with you about it. Awesome service and excellent service.

The customer guy name Cameron at the counter made the experience no stress. I knew we were getting what we purchased and he was attentive to our request. Also he's kind of like a big teddy bear according to my daughters, so that's a plus
