Big O Tires

I have always received quality products and service.

The customer guy name Cameron at the counter made the experience no stress. I knew we were getting what we purchased and he was attentive to our request. Also he's kind of like a big teddy bear according to my daughters, so that's a plus

I took my truck to Big O for an oil change. I wasn't expecting anything great, but the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of immediately. They asked if I would be hanging out or if they should call when it's ready; I told them to call me. Less than 45 minutes later I relieved a call saying my truck was ready to be picked up.

I called BigO in cedar city utah. James said to bring my truck in (flat tire). I arrived and immediately apologized that it was busier then usual. It might take 2 hours to get to the tire. No problem. He said he,d call and try to expedite. About 1 5 hours later James calls. " come on down, by the time you get here we,ll have it taken care of". I arrive waited maybe 10 minutes. Tire is fixed back on the truck, spare is put back. James hands me the keys Thank you sir for your business. No charge for flats! I am still in shock. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! THIS HAS BECOME MY TRUCK MAINTENANCE AND TIRE STORE! THANKYOU!!!

came back to shop after having my moms car checked out. as usual i was treated very good by the front counter(cameron and james). got car done in reasonable time and was outta there. good staff of people
